“The sofa is huge, good looking, and comfortable. The problem is that it is loud! Everytime someone sits on it or moves, the wood frame creaks and cracks. And I’ve only used it for 1 month! It’s very annoying and makes you question the quality and integrity of the piece. And mind you, I'm a 120 pound woman. Great potential but not super happy with the purchase.”

“I bought this couch in April 2024, delivered in May 2024, and regretting it in February 2025. Pros: It’s spacious - I love the extended seating; It’s very soft and comfortable. Cons: Because it’s so large, it’s been hard to disconnect to clean under with just one person; The chaise lounge part of mine sinks in the middle when you sit/lay on it, so it’s rather hard to get out of; The fabric has NOT done well with my two dogs (smell holds despite cleaning, parts of chew toys get caught up in the fabric); and The ridges of the fabric have “crushed” and made it look worn/old despite me moving around where I sit (I have yet to figure out how to revive the crushed parts). Overall, I would go with another couch knowing what I know now.”
