“1/1/2025 Love this chair. Purchased in December 2016. Have sat and slept in this chair every single night since 2nd knee replacement in December 2016. After first surgery, I had to have assistance to get up to use restroom. One I bought this chair, I didn't don't need anymore assistance. My husband couldn't believe it. Since then I have slept in it every night. I get the best sleep ever and was able to get off C-pap. No more snoring. Absolutely love the heat and vibration of this chair. Here it is 9 years later. Still using this chair. My heat feature went out about a month ago. Vibration still works, but now sounding funny. And fabric on footrest is starting to wear out. Went to Ashley store yesterday as I saw one on their website. It had sold day before and being discontinued. I test drove others yesterday. Just not same as one I have.”

“Bought this chair because I was having major surgery and in constant pain. Got it about 2 weeks before surgery and new it was a big mistake. It’s not comfortable at all. Very hard, with little to no cushioning. Now 6 months after surgery still hate using this chair. I get up in way more pain. But I’m stuck with it. Also foot rest is way too short and I’m only 5’4”. Arm rests are practically nonexistent they are so low. The massage is just a vibration that puts my legs to sleep even more. The heating portion is only at the lower lumbar. I need to use several pillows to get somewhat comfortable. All in all DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless your looking for a stiff uncomfortable chair.”

“It's hard to make a purchase when people give low ratings for what seems to be trivial issues about a product. However, I believe in doing my own research such as visiting the Ashley Furniture Store (thanks Kim), buying the warranty and taking a chance in purchasing the product. After two weeks in our home, I can happily say that my mother is ecstatic about her new heated recliner. She feels so comfortable in it that she falls asleep during most of her daytime shows and tells everyone that her chair is off limits. I am impressed by how high the chair raises, the comfort level of the massage functions and the amount of heat it exudes to keep her warm in our air conditioned house. Assembly took 10 minutes - only two pieces and a few wires to connect. It took me longer to rearrange the furniture so that she can watch her favorite television shows and still peek out the window at the neighbors. This was a great purchase and I'm happy we took the chance.”

The nice thing is there’s a power pack attached to the electrical cord that you can put batteries in, so if there is a power failure, The batteries will operate the motor and put the chair to a stand up to position to help an elderly person get up. I highly recommend this chair for barely persons Or those who have a hard time standing up due to physical limitations.”

The lift chair features has helped his functionality/mobility tremendously as well as his sense of safety. The lift chair construction is very well made, the fabric is soft, durable and easy to clean and the lift chair is very comfortable. The controls are easy to use for anyone at any age. One could even sleep comfortably in the lift chair if needed. Overall, this is an excellent product.”

“Its well built, good quality, but the massage is so noisy and the cushions are on the hard side, not very comfortable for few hours of continuous use. also no function to control the position of the back and head support, so when you recline back your legs go up and your back goes into semi-sleeping position so you cant watch TV or do stuff, this chair will be perfect if its a little more soft, more quite massage and if the back area can be controlled individually. I will use it for some time and I guess will look for another product.”

“Chair does everything as advertised...I have RA and legs sometimes lock up and its difficult when getting up from a seated position, but not with this chair which puts me (5'10" tall) to a stand up and walk away position...If your an adult and you need a chair to raise you up, then this is it! Heat and massage works great...The heat is as good as an electric heat wrap, very impressed with that feature too! Overall, I'd give my chair 5 stars! Very pleased!”
