“We are very pleased. What we saw online is exactly what we got. Large, thick cushions are very comfortable. Sitting on it feels like regular comfortable sofa, cannot tell it's a sleeper sofa until you remove cushions. Brilliant use of a memory foam mattress for the small, thin mattress required to be used in a sleeper sofa. We've already had guests use this as a queen bed and they slept soundly - no complaints, in fact, they said it was a very soft and comfortable mattress. Looks Good, seems solidly built and has broad, sturdy feet for support. We nailed this one, in one.”

“The couch is nice, though really firm and stiff. My biggest issue was with the legs-the directions said simply to “attach them using a screwdriver.” That was literally impossible, as they had not pre-drilled holes. It was also impossible to mark the holes for drilling since they were extremely narrow and long set. Why did that need to be so difficult?!”

Creaky mattress mechanism

“This sleeper has a nice modern look and fits well with any furniture. The complaint I have is the mattress mechanism is very noisy. The creaking seems to come from the linkage that folds the bed in and out. The sofa is comfortable, but the noise makes it a pain to readjust while sitting.”

We have a very active toddler and know that we will replace the couches again once she's older but we needed a sleeper option now. It's pretty comfy. No complaints to date.”

“I haven’t slept on it but as a couch to sit on, it’s very comfortable and it looks great. The ad didn’t indicate it included pillows, I didn’t like the print so I gave them to Goodwill. The only thing I don’t like is this; when it’s folded out as a bed, there are huge open gaps between the mattress & arm exposing the folding joints. A person could get an arm or elbow stuck in there while sleeping so I plan on rolling up big bath towels in the crack for safety”

“Firstly, this is a real review, so don't even second guess yourself! Secondly, what aan interesting experience it was to have a sofa sleeper delivered! The gentlemen from Ashley showed up right on time, and with the precision and urgency of a surgeon, the dismantled and then secured my new sofa! After the assembly, the lead invited me to hop on and give the memory foam bed a whirl, and boy was it comfy and quiet. My only complaint is that I don't feel the depth of the seat cushions reach a comfortable length. It feels a little like sitting at a 90° angle on the sofa. Also, pet peeve alert-- I despise cushions with thick and rough-trimmed edges, I mean, what's the point of a pillow if it's gonna cut you?? I think I'll change this rating to 3 stars instead of 4 now that I think of it. Thank you.”
