Pretty but exposed staples a safety issue

“It came quickly and delivery was seamless. Upon taking the product out of the box I noticed several loose staples protruding from the bottom of the ottoman where the bottom lining is. I reinforced them. But it seemed they were placed in either a rushed or haphazard manner, thankful I didn’t get hurt and noticed it soon. Especially for a product that does not have legs. It’s important that the bottom lining have some type of reinforcement that covers the staples. As it slides across the floor, I wouldn’t be surprised if staples looses. For such a pricey product, There should have been better construction.”

Harrisburg Store - Ottoman has been sinking in the middle from delivery; broken in less than a year

“This ottoman is the worst. It was made very cheaply. Upon delivery, it was sinking in the middle ( no support whatsoever on this extra large platform) I figured I had time to call and have it exchanged or fixed. Less than a year later, one of the support side is sinking in as well ( probably broken) as well. Bear in mind the kids have their living room and are not allowed in the adult living room and the ottoman was only used for legs support. The store can't do anything because I was a few days over a year when trying to have it fix/replace and the warranty purchased when buying does not cover it. The couch are also not well made unfortunately.”

“This review is for both the Rawcliffe couch and oversized ottoman. Beautiful couch but did not last as expected. Ottoman sunk in the middle. The back cushions became easily misshapen by my chihuahua sitting on them. I cannot get them to go back to the original shape leaving them looking like a melted old pillow. I was excited when I bought this that I would be able to take off the pillow covers and wash them. That is not the case. The creepy brown stuffing that looks like hair inside isn’t encapsulated in anything and there isn’t a way to take it out without losing its shape. I’ve already had to place braces under the seat cushions to help with the sagging as well.”

“So this color matches the Alesandra sofa but it’s not the same fabric which I was told it was. It doesn’t have the chevron style. Not a big deal but figured I would point that out. Also super disappointed that it’s just a giant piece of hard foam for the top and not an actual cushion style. Makes it super firm.”

“This set checked 90% of my boxes. Just wish it had a pull-out bed option. Other than that, it is amazing. Hands down, my favorite couch. The ottoman technically doesn't have storage, but it does unzip when upside down. We have half of the small pillows stored under there since it has so many pillows. It would be great if this did have actual storage. There really isn't any reason it doesn't open under the pillow. With that said, still love it.”
