“I’ve had this sofa chaise for a little over 2 years. The cushions are almost completely flattened and you can feel the wood in the armrests - it is sooo uncomfortable. Unless you sit regularly on the chaise part, it is several inches higher than the rest of the couch. I guess it’s good if you have to elevate or ice your ankle but that’s about it. You get what you pay for, and we’re saving up to find something that will last us longer. This was my second sofa from Ashley and we had the same problem with the old one. Won’t be buying a sofa from here again, they don’t last.”

It's bigger that it appears online so make sure it will fit in your space. I have a large family room but wanted to accommodate a recliner as well. This sofa fits ALL my needs. “This couch has barely held up for a year! The fabric pills horribly and the cushions started going flat and sagging really quickly. The chaise part is poorly constructed and doesn’t line up correctly. The chaise footrest is higher than the actual couch, so it always sits at a slant. The cushion covers are not designed to be washed but you can in a pinch. The chaise cushion can does not fit if you were to try and turn it to use the couch without the chaise extension. No real flexibility or conversions other than which side to have the chaise on. Overall wish we hadn’t purchased this couch. Probably won’t stand up to another move so we can replace it guilt free.”

I finally made the leap and bought the couch anyway. I love the couch! It’s comfortable. It’s not too hard, it’s not too soft. The material is comfortable. The sinking of the cushion on the Chase side is accurate and correct! I knew this going into the purchase, so I bought a piece of chair foam, never even took it out of the wrapper and put it underneath the seat portion of the chaise. I have been using this for about a month now. It works! I hope this review helps. Good luck! I also believe that due to the material of the couch, it should hold up pretty well. I Scotchgarded it twice.”

We also have a corgi and it's withstood daily usage and dog hair very well (easy to clean off the dog hair). Dude to the various layouts of our three different homes it was nice to be able to swap the chaise location depending on the space. Biggest drawback is that it is extremely heavy and NOT modular so it's hard to move into smaller spaces or get around right corners.”

“I few things I wish I had thought more about before I made the purchase. - The couch is taller than I had thought. Especially the backrest. It’s nice to have my head rest on it but when not doing that it’s a little too much. - I wish the seat cushions were longer and the backrest not as thick. - The seat sinks in toward the back of couch especially in the chaise position. - I wish it came with a spare regular couch cushion so the chaise doesn’t have to be out all the time.”

“I have had this couch for 8 months now. Pros: -Super comfortable -Pretty, neutral color -Love that you can swap the chaise -Great Price Cons: -After 4 or 5 months this couch started to look trashy. There are only 2 people who live here but the back cushions are all bunched up like the filling is cheap -Middle cushion is all out of shape and the fabric sags -Coming apart at the seams at the bottom a little Overall I would not buy it again. It would be good for an area with low traffic or a temporary house because it wears quickly.”

“Depending on the lighting, it can be more grey or have a brown tint to it. When I ordered it on the PC, it looked to be more brown in the photos, but when I checked on my phone, it was grey. In person, it def grey. So keep that in mind. As you can tell in my photos, it looks like both colors in different lighting. Great material. Structured exactly like the photo. Love the ability to either have the longer cushion come out on the left or right side. Impressed!!”

“I love my new couch. It was worth waiting for. There was delays because of covid-19, but that's happening with all products. I have had it for a month now and I'm very happy with it. The fabric is a nice light beige/gray they call it driftwood which is a very good description. The cushions are firm and comfortable. That makes it easy to get up from sitting. I dont sink down into the couch. Pleanty of room for three adults. Great size for my apartment living room.”

“The color is great, very neutral. It is very comfortable and the fabric feels thick enough where it won't tear easily. Delivery was really easy and quick. It is a great sized couch for an apartment: small but still seats 3 comfortably. Only downsides are that the chaise sits higher than the rest of the couch, so it is kind of awkward to sit on, but it isn't super noticeable, and there was a weird chemical smell when I first got the couch, but Febreeze took it away right away. Overall - Definitely recommend!”

Only reason for the 4 stars is I’ve only had for 2 weeks and I just noticed there is a cut in the material showing the stuffing, on the top back of the couch where no one touches, so I am confused how it got there and not sure if it was their the entire time. Pretty upset about it since it is brand new! I don’t know if I can sew it together somehow... I guess I’ll just cover it with a blanket? Bummer!”

“Very pretty sofa, comfortable, goes great with any decor scheme. The cushions are firm enough not to fall into it, but its soft enough to cuddle up for movies. The fabric is a chenille like fabric that's a beautiful gray beige, mostly gray a light warm gray. I don't regret this purchase at all. The only issues I've had are the feet are made out of plastic but that's not a deal breaker for me. The sofa is sturdy and strong and comfortable as well as beautiful. Also, sometimes the piece under the chase moves. We dont have carpet, and the solution would be to get those rubber pads to place under furniture to keep it from sliding. I haven't dont that yet. Overall, I was afraid to purchase any sofa at first because of our last sofa experience with a different company. This is a perfect sofa for our needs.”
