Terrible customer service experience and faulty delivery

“Chair was delivered on Tuesday, chair was not completely operable. Back would go up and down but the ottoman would only move an inch or two and the lift option was non existent. After spending several hours with customer service on Tuesday I finally got a warranty claim. Your "Hastle free delivery and assembly " are a joke. After speaking to claims tech I was informed that the arm was broken and a motor was burned out, careless handling during delivery. Supposedly a new chair is being ordered. Will wait and see how that goes!”
