“This couch is just awful. I regretfully purchased based on reviews, which are misleading. The fabric is scratchy and feels like hay or straw. When you sit on the cushion, it’s so thin you feel the hard base of the couch.
Ashley does not allow returns if you don’t reach out within 72 hours, as anyone moving knows it’s difficult to find time. Highly discourage anyone from purchasing this couch”

“1. The sofa is AMAZING. It’s deep, comfortable , modern, big, classic looking.. it just looks and feels incredible.
2. It’s 90 inches- which is not small. Nonetheless it nestles into the space and somehow seems to enlarge the room. And the color…. !!
3. The material is not super-soft, BUT it’s extremely comfortable: AND the construction of the pillows (inside & out) make it the perfect cross between “too comfy” and “too structured”
4. I’ll stop here: I did not see this piece until they removed its packaging in my living room. After looking around for MONTHS for “the perfect sofa”, Ashley.com came through and (literally) delivered big time. Not only did this item check all of my boxes, they made it easy to protect my investment, and offered a reasonably priced, flexible, responsive and-most importantly- RELIABLE delivery team

“I bought this sofa a few months ago and had to have them come out to repair it twice. This sofa has a horrible seat to it. It ends up sagging in the center. The cushions never look right. Don’t waste your money on the sofa by something that will be better..”

“This couch was great at first and very roomy, in 4 months the couch started to sag, we contacted Ashley and someone came out and said it’s just how the couch is. Then 2 months after that the couch started to creak and the middle is now completely sagging and if you sit on the you roll to the center. The cushions move SOOOO much. We have to remove the back cushions to adjust the bottom cushions everyday. Not worth it.”
