“Unfortunately I’m really disappointed in the quality of this sofa. I was so appreciative when they worked hard to find me a couch that would work for my needs in worked with me in paying for it, but I have to be honest and say I’m so frustrated with the poor quality. Before I’d had it for even a year it was so sunken in in the middle that I could not sit there anymore. I don’t have any kids or pets, it was just me and my boyfriend both normal weight. The pillows on the back weren’t filled that much so they’re very misshapen now. And I’m guessing it was the same case with the seats. But the biggest thing is that now when I try to sit or lay down in it at night it hurts my back so much that I can’t use it anymore. To only hold up a year it definitely wasn’t worth the purchase, and I’m concerned about buying another Ashley sofa”
