Color much darker than in showroom

“Two of these chairs were recently delivered .Immediately I noticed how much darker the chairs were when the delivery service brought it to my door. Outside as well as in the room the chair is quite a bit darker than expected. In the showroom it appeared to be an off white. The chair is dark tan. When I mentioned this to the delivery man, he replied he hears that a lot from customers. Beware of the lighting in the store!!!”

“It is a very uncomfortable chair, the seat is soft to the point that when sitting it immediately sinks, not enough cushioning. If I could return it I would.”
