“This chair is pretty stiff and not all that comfortable. When in the closed position it sits very upright and is awkward feeling. The power and footrest are nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this chair if your looking for something comfortable to relax in.”

“The chair is firm but when you sit in it you want support not sinking in beside that reclined it’s comfortable with adjustable headrest. The material is very soft and has great storage in both armrest. Has tons of features on it. Great buy for price!”

“I can't sit in this chair as it gives me a pain in my neck that is unbearable. Used it 2 days for a total of 6 hours. We had bought 2, one for both my husband and I. They will not exchange them for something else. I have 2 brand new chairs taking up space in my living room as I can't sit in them. All I want is to exchange them. Very disappointed!!! Buyer beware, you are stuck with what you buy.”

“This chair is a beautiful chair but it’s too lite. I’m 67 and was sitting with my feet up and my 2 year old grandson came up to me. He leaned on the chair and the chair went forward and knocked me out. I’ve never had a recliner chair ever go forward like this. I’m going to return this chair. Maybe something is wrong with just my chair. I’m very disappointed in this chair”
