“Overall we’re pleased w the recliner. It was a little firmer than we expected(in comparison to the showroom model), but that’s ok. One thing we do notice and are not thrilled about is the fabric/material “pills” up…kind of like a worn sweater. It has happened rather quickly. It’s odd, and hope it doesn’t wear down excessively fast. Besides that, it’s good.”

“Bought a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. The padding is stiffer than the floor model, but I'm sure that it just needs to be broken in. I found the footrest easy to push down. The only negative (if you can call it that) is that it has a strong smell of fresh plywood since it was probably just assembled.”

“We like these couches, they are comfortable and like the color, the only thing is that they have a very strong smell to them. They stink up the whole house. We've had them for a couple of weeks now and the smell is still there. We've tried everything from baking soda to Febreeze. We've opened up all the windows and doors to try to air them out, but so far no luck.”

“I have used this loveseat for about 2 months. It is very hard to put the foot rest down, when you get up from the seat. There is not very much padding on the foot rest, you can feel the wood. When you have it reclined, the arm rest doesn't move, so you have a space between the arm rest and the back.”
