“I accidently purchased this couch and love seat, but thought i would try to make it work because exchanging it meant being without for 6 weeks until we got the new stuff. It's the most uncomfortable furniture. The color is too light and feels cheap. It's too bland without the pillows and overstuffed with them. There's no winning.

“We have had this set for a few years. The back has broken on it once and the seat is sagging. It’s not made with coils but mesh as the bottom support. The fabric has started to become discolored and is piling. We also got the loveseat, chair, and ottoman. The cushion on the ottoman has shifted and looks terrible. It shifted within a few months and only my then 6 year old used it. We have been very disappointed with this set. It’s my style and I love the look of it, but it is definitely not holding up.”

“I like the sofa! Although I waited about 4 months for it which was disappointing.
**Finally the 2 delivery men couldn't maneuver the large sofa through my front door. With 3 to 4 attempts they scratched the beautiful wood trim and the framing around my front door. Finally using my slider to get sofa in...the delivery man started masking scratches with a crayon WITHOUT pointing out obvious to me... Wait...What?!! Sneaky at best!!! Any way, luckily scratches are mostly in the back of sofa against wall...
AND I waited so long :/ so wasn't going to say anything.”

“Received my sofa and love seat a week ago.Sofa is 100" so had to be brought through the patio door. If you don't like a "firm" seating this isn't for you but feels as though it will last over time. I absolutely love the set. Fabric is beautiful and very neutral so easy to decorate around. My order took almost 6 weeks to be delivered but well worth the wait.”
