“We got the sofa and loveseat today. They are very pretty and look very nice in our living room. However, the comfort level is terrible; the pillows and cushions are hard and uncomfortable. We are torn about returning them as the sofa and loveseat in the store were comfortable, so we have hope comfort will improve over time. Also, the pillows are sewn unevenly and we are dealing with customer service to get new ones.”

“I love the sofa! It looks so nice in my living room. I did notice a spot on one of the cushions and a spot on one of the pillows two days after the delivery…too late evidently because the sales person told me to inspect the items before I sign because then it’s too late. I was looking for tears, scratched wood, etc. The sofa itself is comfortable and looks great. I would recommend the sofa but watch the delivery guys as they are kind of rough with the merchandise trying to get it in the door.”
