Disappointed with Ashley Furniture

“The sofa itself is okay. But it was broken when it was delivered and they had to take back to repair it. They didn't exchange it for a new one. They just repaired it. I have been so disappointed in Ashley. They just do not make quality furniture anymore. And it was delivered unwrapped so when they brought it in the house they pushed it on the floor. No blanket or anything. Just so disappointed.”
