Unbelievable customer support.

“I purchased a Ashely lift chair for my 82 year old father who has difficulty walking and getting up from the sitting position. The control stopped functioning in less than two years . I called Ashely customer service and explained the issue , gave them the model number and was told they would send out a new control . They stated it would take about 10 to 14 days to receive. After waiting almost 3 weeks I called back and was told the controller was no longer available. I stated looking for a new lift chair online and found Ashley furniture selling a new lift chair with the exact same control , 10 button function with a 5 pin connection . I paid over a thousand dollars for the lift chair and it’s less then 2 years old and I’m being told by Ashely furniture sorry we can’t get a replacement control for the chair . How is it possible that some of your new chairs being sold have the exact control that I have on my father chair . Horrible that’s what you tell your customers. My famy will never buy anything again from Ashley’s furniture .”

Nice recliner!

“We purchase the chair to complement our new soft chaise. The fabric is soft and comfortable and the chair looks good. My husband who is 6'2" said that the chair back is bit short for him to recline his head, but otherwise, it is very comfortable.”
