“Very Hard seat. I bought for my mom and she hates it. I thought she was exaggerating and after a night of watching TV in it, I can say my
bottom is sore and it is not comfortable. My mom has had it for a week and we're stuck with it. Wish we could trade this for a different chair. Do not buy this chair.
Lift part works ok.”

“The Chair is nice, but we were disapepointed, the chair DID NOT come with an Emergency power pack to lower the leg lift if power goes out! And your parts dept. Couldn't even sell me one.
This chair is to large for my 4ft 10in Wife, so we will be shopping for a Child's small power lift recliner, but Your No return policy is making it very expensive to get the proper chair!

come up equal or above seat in order to keep legs elevated. Seat portion is not soft and will
keep lower back sore. Called store and customer service number with no one returning call after providing all information on line.”
