“I love my sofa. Its comfy nice looking and works well in my room. I realized after I received my sofa that the loveseat would work better than another sofa so we ordered the loveseat to match. I was hoping sofas would work but the space would not allow for both.
The guys who delivered it were really nice.”

Looks nice but not the best quality

“Pros: The couch looks nice, I like the color and fabric, and the cushions are comfortable. Cons: The back cushions are attached to the couch so I can't remove them for cleaning, fluffing, etc., and although the seat cushions are removable the fabric on the bottom is different from the top fabric and they are velcro'd to the base, so you cannot flip the cushions over.”

Built solid and looks stylish

“I've had the sofa for almost a year and it still has a lot of style and good looks. My only disappointment is you can not flip over or rotate the seat cushions. They only go on the couch one way. Mine look a little dingy on the seams where clothing rubs and jean dye has discolored the edging. You can remove them and carefully wash the covers. They just don't look as good as when new.”

“I bought this Milari sofa and chair in 03/2017. I live alone, with no children, or pets. the cushions started showing wear within 6 months. Bottom line, if you want the furniture for "looks" it is a great price --- if you want it to "use" - my recommendation would be get another line of furniture.”

“We bought this couch in 2014 and it still looks great and is very comfortable after almost 4 years. If my husband is snoring too much, I prefer to go sleep on this rather than our guest bed. The cushions are still firm and there's no sagging. No kids in the house, but we use this couch daily for hours. I've spilled food and dropped markers and spots have come out without much hassle, which is great considering the light color. I'm really surprised at the terrible reviews. I got to this page when looking at possibly getting matching pieces and had to write a review when I saw the negative ones since this couch has been great to us. We have the full size couch, without the pull-out bed.”

This coach is pretty but lost shape

“I bought this coach because looks really pretty is comfy but no happy about losing his shape in less than 6 months , I got it back in April or May 2016 we are only two in the house and we work all day we only sit at night, and even that the use is minimum the back cushions lost the shape but you can not fix it because is attach to the sofa? No happy!!!!”

Good, could use improvements

“I bought this sofa when it was first added to Ashley's collection (2014). And while it isn't the best sofa in the world, my experience has been pretty good. 2 adults, no kids, and 2 cats have sat on it (moderate use) for the past 3 years and it still looks good. The biggest complaint I see in other reviews is that the back cushions go flat. My cats lay on the top of the back cushions, so I can say this is true, but there is a zipper at the bottom so I just unzip, fluff the stuffing, and they look full again. I vacuum the couch about every other week (pets, ya know) and use my upholstery cleaner on it every few months (it's a cream couch with gray undertones, so it needs cleaned unless you want dirt to show). So far, even with regular cleanings, the fabric is holding up well. Bottom cushions unzip too, so IF those start to go flat I'll just add another layer of high density foam from my local fabric/craft store. Cheaper to do that than buy a new couch if all else is good. For the price I got it at, I'm satisfied.
I do wish it was a bit deeper as only one of us can nap on it at a time. And the gray undertones in cream means it tends to look different colors at different times of day (tan to a grayish cream). But I don't mind.”

“I bought the sofa and loveseat about 9 months ago. It's not the highest quality furniture you'll find, but for the price, I think it's just fine. The cushions will go flat without proper maintenance, but there are zippers for the back cushions and for the seat cushions. Sadly, the seat cushions cannot be flipped over because the fabric on bottom is not the same fabric. I've rotated the cushions about once every couple of weeks since I usually sit in one spot and I vacuum it out each time. When the back starts looking saggy, I'll lay the sofa on it's back and re-fluff the stuffing. Another thing that helps is to keep a sheet or one of those pet protectors over it when you don't have company over.”

“We've had the couch and loveseat for about 2 years now. Before the first year was up the fabric was lose on the seat cushions. I've had to restuff the backs and pillows. The seat cushions have lost their form. The fabric is easily dirtied. The feet of the set is easily scratched to bare wood. I would steer clear of this set.”
