Looks nice - structure could be better

“I purchased this for a vacation rental home that I have. It fits perfectly in the space and is easy to keep clean. This sofa did not get much use the first several months that it was in our vacation rental. Over the summer it was used much more frequently. Guests complained it was difficult to open the sleep sofa portion. I assumed because it was new, it would take time for the mechanisms to work more smoothly. One guest stated it was actually broken. After inspecting it myself, one side mechanism that holds the mattress was broken in half. At that point it was beyond warranty. It's not safe to have guests use, so I reached out to a furniture repair person. The broken parts can be replaced, however there is no serial number, model number or a label of any kind anywhere on the sofa. I now have a sofa I cannot let people use and cannot get parts for. Its' very disappointing seeing it's only 1-year old.”

“Not very comfortable it’s more narrow than i imagined and when lying down there’s nowhere to rest your arms. The bed mattress is also not as comfortable as described. Had to put a padding on top. Would not recommend it.”

“I'm very pleased with my Bladen sleeper sofa. I was looking for the slate color and am glad I found it in this style. It's a soft material, similar to leather but more comfortable. We've had guests sleep on the bed for a full week without complaint, which is pretty good for a sofa bed.”

“Couch is nice for the price. My only concern is I wanted a smaller couch since I have a small space. This is the whole reason I ordered a full. The couch is very long, 83". Had I known, I probably would have just ordered a queen size sleeper.”
