“Once I pay for the order, just keep the money. It wasn’t an inquiry, it was an order. I paid. What’s the point of releasing the funds and recharging at delivery? Tell accounting to get their sh together and figure out a system to apply payments once inventory changes after delivery 🙄 Great recliner though. So comfy”

“It is important to have a recliner that fits your body proportionally so that your neck and head are not pushed forward. This recliner fits me well (5'5") and thus is very comfortable. Imho, a lot of recliners are made to fit a tall man so happy to find this one that fits a smaller person.”

“I was reluctant to order furniture online without trying it out first, but I am not disappointed with our recliners. They’re very comfortable and look great. The fabric is soft, but doesn’t collect pet hair. Delivery was sooner than expected and communication was excellent. The recliners were easy to put together.
The only improvement would be tightening the tension on the reclining feature. I’d like to just have my feet up without leaning all of the way back, but these chairs automatically fully recline when the footrest is lifted.”

“Terrible. Arrived broken. (Will not close) Contacted Ashley and they said they would send a technician. They then called and said they were cancelling the technician. They said that they would have to order a part and wait. Recliner is still broken. I contacted the insurance that I purchased along with the chair and they advised me to wait for Ashley because it is under warranty. I will not use Ashley again.”
