Don’t order from Ashley

“The delivery crew damaged my home when delivering. Ashley is doing nothing about it, they pawned off the issue to the delivery company that they hired. The delivery company directly charges the delivery drivers for the damage. Horrible policy if you ask me. Don’t order from Ashley. Oh, the couch is OK, sleeper mattress is rough.”

I have to mention the delivery guys because they did a great job. They had to get this 200lb couch up 25 creaky steps to my apartment. Ashley should give these guys a raise! I ordered online and it was an easy process. I’m a satisfied customer.”

“I searched through many online sites for a year. I needed a sofa sleeper, not a futon, not a convertible. I wanted a fold out bed under a $1000. Ashley’s Bladen finally came across my radar. We were very hesitant about buying a sofa without getting to sit on it. Ya know, try it out old school style. But it seemed so right, as was the price, we decided to risk it. The delivery arrangements were made easy by Ashley and the delivery guys could not have been any better!! Seriously, nicest & politest with a sense of humor too.
We are very happy with our new sofa sleeper. It sits firm, which was my main concern. I didn’t want a soft squishy sofa. The mattress is good enough and the sofa looks great, actually matching our other furniture.”

“The sofa itself is beautiful, but I was very disappointed by it not operating functionally. The put out bed did not pull out the way it should have. The delivery team should have demonstrated it's functionality before leaving the premises instead they set it in the room and left. And after contacting them I had to wait for a transition to come out which took another 2 weeks to still not be able to use it. And until this day it's still not working. We are waiting for a part.”

“The couch is decent. However, I wish it was more sturdy and heavy duty. Sure it’s heavy because of the bed but it doesn’t feel heavy duty. Also the seats are quite small. If they were a little wider and the seat cushions were cotton and spring not the basic cushion it would be better.
It’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Now I feel like I need to buy a recliner for me for more confort instead of a new couch.”

The mattress is thin and offers little support, and when you open the bed, it feels like there’s no solid base underneath — just the metal frame. It sinks in the middle, and one side is noticeably higher than the other, creating an uneven, wavy surface. Unfortunately, it’s not comfortable to sleep on and doesn’t meet the quality we expected.”
