“I ordered two chairs and my husband ordered the sleeper sofa in his name. They all came the same day. One the chair is significantly leslated, lacking enough stuffing in the lower sections near the arms as seen in the photo. You can compare it to the second photo of the 2nd chair. I was told if I want to return the items since it was for them, seventy two hours.I could do so, but I have to arrange the shipping back on my own and pay to have them shipped back myself. I told the representative I felt like it was their responsibility to replace the defective chair on their dime. I was asked to email photos and told that I would get a response at 1 to 2 hours after their "Virtual" reviewer had looked at. Really????? AI decides? It has now been over twenty four hours and i've not received a response back, even after sending another email, requesting a reply. I would never order from this company again Based on my experience.”
