Delivery damaged Ottoman

“Ottoman may have received more stars but the delivery service was awful. They were to "install" the feet, they did....but mis-aligned them making them go in different directions. I am afraid to try and correct this because it may cause more damage. I paid almost as much for the delivery as the item only to have them mishandle it completely. Awful. Hence I may not order direct from Ashley again... poor experience!”

Awful return process

“Is good quality like the couch; however, make sure it is exactly what you are looking for because they make returns extremely difficult. Unable to return in stores and send you through this big long complicated process. They should really change the process for returns because I will not purchase from Ashley again for this reason. FYI the ottoman does not have storage, which we thought it would so that is why we are returning. Also it is a pretty small ottoman to go between the matching love seat and sofa.”
