“I like the look of the chair, but buying online without sitting on it was a mistake. It’s too firm and the arm rests are way too low for human arms. Elbows do not touch them. We have tried with family and guests. They’re oddly nonfunctional.”

“We have had this chair for about 2 years now, and it serves its purpose. I would have liked a more stable/quality pillow backing, as it tends to lump/sag and isn't reversible to spread the wear out and help it last. I'm honestly not sure what the black cloth strip on the back is for, except to make it obvious which side of the cushion is the back -- to my knowledge there isn't anything on the actual frame of the chair that anchors the cushion to the chair. Overall, it's been what we needed when we needed it, hasn't had any major issues. The fifth missing star really comes down to quality and durability: the fabric and back cushion have not been outstanding, but they're still there. This chair has been significantly better than the matching sleeper sofa.”
