“I love the look of this sofa but it is not super comfortable and the bottom cushions slide out easily. The chaise cushion is difficult to put back in place. The cushions are firm. If you are going for comfort, I don’t recommend. Aesthetically it’s beautiful.”

2nd delivery and exchange and still with a problem.

“love the leather but still waiting for the replacement on 5/24 and will see what we get. It took two months to get it replaced since the 1st delivery was also damaged and now this (2nd delivery and exchange with poor craftmanship on the armrest bending inward). I waited two months to get this chaise with the backorder, waiting for corporate approval for exchange and the request is in limbo. Like I said waiting for the 3rd delivery and exchange.”
