Worst Couch I've Ever Purchased

“Like others have said, the couch pills like crazy and looks several months old. The cushions have only been used a handful of times and the entire set is 3 months old. I did attempt to contact customer service about the issue and was told it was "normal wear and tear" and not covered by the warranty. A 3 month old couch should not be pilling - this is NOT normal for a set that cost more than $2000. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY”

“The fabric began to pill within only few weeks. The cushions are also malformed (lumpy, uneven, ugly-looking, and uncomfortable). It is a beautiful piece on the showroom floor and we’ve really loved the quality of Ashley furniture on our previous purchases, but this couch isn’t suitable for regular use and isn’t to the standard of their other furniture.”

Bad quality, fabric is pilling

“Purchased this set and within days the fabric on some of the cushions started sagging. Ashley replaced the cushions under their protection plan, A few months later, the fabric started to pill, and it looks awful. Beautiful couches, but really bad quality. Steer clear from this set.”

“Accumulates a lot of lint balls, which makes the couch look old. Even after shaving the lint it comes back. Horrible fabric.”

“The back pillows are filled with loose material making it nearly impossible to remove and clean. The polyester material pills like a sweater. Furniture should never be made with this.”
