I went around the store, sat in quite a few. Said No to many. Until finally, I sat in this one and immediately said Yes! This is it! That was about 5 years ago and it’s still in great condition! I love it. I’m getting ready to buy a second one. It’s nothing fancy with bells and whistles but if you’re just looking for a comfortable recliner, I highly recommend this one.”

Involved 30 seconds for your delivery driver to simply snap the back of the chair on the base of the chair. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have asked for the set up. When I asked for the $99 set up fee to be refunded, I was refused And we don’t do that. Not a good chair, and horrible customer service. You really ripped me off for $99. Way to punish the old people. Shame on you.”

“I am in my late 60s and am 5'11" and over 300 lbs. I don't know if I am over the weight limit for this chair or not, but it is very comfortable; so much so that this is my second one. The first one I purchased 4 years ago because I wanted a manual lever, ultra firm seat and need a wall hugger. This chair has a very comfortable but very firm seat and only needs to be 3-4 inches from the wall to fully recline. Due to sleep apnea, I usually end up sleeping in this chair, so I am in it just about every night, in addition to when I am using it during the day. Therefore, it gets a lot of use. Over the years, the firmness slowly went away and it finally got to the point that I wanted to get a new one, which just arrived today. Other than the firmness in the seat, the rest of the chair held up well and still looks like new. I think it will make the next recipient very happy, once I find someone to give it to. I bought it online and actually paid less then when I bought the first one in the store 4 years ago. The delivery charge was well worth it, as the guys came here exactly when they said they would and set up the chair right where I wanted it. Outstanding delivery service with excellent communication throughout the process. To sum up, this is a basic no frills, but very comfortable recliner that does not take up a lot of space. It is smart looking and should go with just about any decor. I highly recommend this Nerviano recliner.”

My only complaint is that the delivery was delayed by one week. I was okay with the delay, but neither Ashley nor the third party that delivered the chair contacted me to tell me this. Because it was an online order, the local store couldn't help me. They did provide an 800 number to call. The call rep was able to sort it out for me. That was 30 wasted minutes of my time that could have been avoided by a simple email, call, or text. The delivery team was great when they delivered it.”

I asked for a refund and pickup of the recliner that I now couldn’t match and was told that since 72 hours had elapsed I was no longer eligible for refund. Now I’m stuck with a recliner that I can’t match. Never ordering from Ashley again.”

“It is perfect for my needs. It is a fairly small recliner, inexpensive. I use such a recliner to sleep in due to back issues. This type of recliner works perfectly for that use, as I lay a 3-inch memory foam mattress cover over it to fill it out and make it comfortable for sleeping. This one replaced one that was very like it but had simply worn out. I would not recommend this as a sitting recliner for anyone except a very small person. Again, I knew what I needed as a replacement for the one I had and ordered it based on measurements given online. The delivery was perfect. Set up, came on time, and put the chair exactly where I asked. The two young men were polite and professional.”
