Surprisingly hard and dense

“Wow this is shockingly hard to a point where I wonder if it's mislabeled as soft. I was told this was tbe softest mattress in the store and it felt soft there. Mine is really dense, has almost no give, no plushness, and is pushing into my hop which I never noticed with my old mattress. I'm 100% sure I will need to switch to a different mattress asap.”

“My husband had major back surgery and pelvis surgery. This mattress allows him to get a restful nights sleep and wake up not in pain. I used to wake up every morning with my lower back aching, but not since we got this mattress. We highly recommend it. It's definitely worth the money to finally get a good nights sleep.”

“This mattress is in our master bedroom and fully meets our expectations for high quality, support, and comfort. We have had this mattress about one month and it is very comfortable to sleep on. I was worried that the firm model might require some time to soften, but that is not the case. The top comfort layer works well to prevent any pressure points when laying on my side or back.”

Barry was very helpful and stressed the importance of getting the protective cover so in case we needed to return the mattress there would be no problem! He went above other sales people we talked to at other stores and has been more than happy to answer any questions we had!”

“Great bed! It's very comfortable but if you sleep hot at all you should get the breeze model. It's more expensive but the because the soft version of the bed will have you sink in a bit more it will hold your body heat and sleep hotter.”

“My husband opted for the firm mattress thinking it would help his back problems having had five surgeries. It turned out to be so hard it's nearly impossible to handle, along with the sweating and the nasty odor. Never thought to check how soon could the exchange be made and frankly sleeping thirty nights under these circumstances interferes greatly with your quality of life. It's not a cheap deal, so frankly we feel like we should've bought another Sleep Number instead. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.”

All in all, I am dissatisfied and concerned the smell can be a health hazard aside from being so unpleasant. I am missing the Sleep Number bed we had for fourteen years that supported my back a lot better. Sorry to say, we made a mistake. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!”
