Hardest soft bed ever.

“Unfortunately, we didn’t like this mattress. We choice this mattress since they said it was top of the line and super comfortable. We tried it at the store and it felt amazing. However, when we received it, it was hard as a rock. We had it for a month or so. And it was causing us back, shoulder, and neck pains. This is the hardest soft bed we ever slept on. I don’t recommend this soft mattress. Since NO REFUNDS are allowed we had to choice another bed same price or higher. The price difference was about $2k and they would not let us select anything other than bedding stuff like pillows, sheets and other mattresses despite already having those items. We end up getting miscellaneous items in order to get to the total price of the Tempur- pedic.”
