Better Sleep; Large Investment

“Definitely go to your local store and try before you buy. We thought we needed firm, but after trying it on the showroom floor, we ordered the soft. It has been almost 30 days and we are continuing to enjoy it more and more. Giving a 4 star as not sure it is worth the money paid, but we are still getting used to it. No complaints. Had our previous memory foam mattress for 12 years. With this new mattress, we don’t wake up sore, achy and in pain anymore.”

“As someone who plays a lot of sports, I've been dealing with constant body aches over the last couple years, specifically my back. When I ordered this mattress, my hope was that the mattress would, not completely solve this issue, but at least alleviate some of the stress that can come from trying to sleep on an incompatible mattress. And it did it for me. I sleep both on my back and on my side, and, after breaking in the mattress, I can feel how snug the mattress feels while maintaining a level of resistance so as to provide support. Highly recommended for those facing the same issues and those wanting to just raise their sleep quality.”

“I received the TempurLUXE-Adapt Soft Queen size mattress for free in exchange for my honest feedback. First of all, let me start by saying how grateful and lucky I feel to be able to try out a mattress such as this one. I have always dreamed of one day owning one but could never quite afford it. Having poor blood circulation, RLS, and chronic lower back pain makes life hard, especially getting a good night's rest. I'm a firm believer that it is crucial to get enough sleep to function and live a healthy, active life. I always tossed and turned, and could never find a soft enough mattress to adapt to the high arch in my back and allow me to rest on my back for very long. My legs would go numb and throb to the point I would have to get up and walk around for awhile. This mattress truly came at a time in my life where I didn't even realize how much I needed this. The moment I first laid in it, I felt so much relief that I cannot even put into words. I had chills and truly felt like the weight had been lifted off of me. The way in which this mattress adapts and conforms to your body, is unlike any other. It fits like a glove. To be thoroughly honest, if you are like me and are desperate for something that will give you some much needed pressure relief after being on your feet all day, you will not be disappointed. I highly encourage you to invest in a mattress that will adapt to YOU! It is a decision you will wish you made alot sooner. I am forever grateful and soooo excited to get into bed every night!! “One side of the mattress sinks in badly, and there is little support. Can't move off that one spot on mattress or will slide back into indent. Warranty was denied because the indent isn't easily visible. We will never recommend your product and are very disappointed in customer service..”

“This is the worst mattress I’ve ever owned! It’s soft and comfortable for a few minutes, then it feels like you’re sleeping on a furnace! I’ve woken up sweating every night since we got it about 2 months ago, even after turning the thermostat to 65 and turning on a fan. I’m very petite, so it’s not like I’m a large person sinking too far. We have a split king and I just laid on my husband’s side and it feels like it is starting to sink in the middle. Very disappointed in the beds after we spent so much!!”

Worth every penny

“We began the mattress research and shopping journey over the past year and initially purchased a memory foam mattress from another company that was substantially cheaper than Tempur pedic. I tried to like it but was waking up with aches and pains. For context, I’m a side sleeper but ironically due to health issues, can only sleep on my left side, which happens to be where my shoulder SLAP tear is… so I really have a difficult situation. I was really hoping for a soft mattress with a cloud-like feel, but this was not it! So it was sent back as part of the trial period. That left us with no mattress and sleeping on our guest bed for quite some time! Back to the drawing board. Buying a mattress online seems impossible! After going to a local mattress store to try the mattresses out in real life, we experienced the LuxeAdapt soft for the first time. It is still hard to judge a mattress you only lay on for a few seconds, but my gut was telling me, this is the one! Still, the price definitely gave me pause. After sitting on the decision for a few months more, I decided I was finally tired of sleeping in my smaller guest bed and needed to order this Tempur Pedic mattress. Well, I wish I hadn’t waited so long because it’s been an amazing mattress since we got it. Absolutely no breaking in period. The mattress has an incredible quality of being soft and contouring, like sleeping on a cloud, yet supportive and substantial/firmer where you need it. It was exactly what I was looking for and hoping for, and I’m so glad we found it. The shipping and delivery process was professional and easy as well. If you are contemplating buying this mattress, don’t let the price deter you. Don’t wait, just order it!! You will be glad you did. For something you sleep on every day, the cost is proportional to the use and benefit. I am having excellent quality sleep with no tossing and turning and waking up feeling good! “It's been a little over a month I have been sleeping on this mattress. So far, for the most part, everything is good. The mattress itself sometimes gets warm but most of the time it is tolerable enough. I had the Luxe Breeze model before this and in all honesty couldn't tell a difference. I could not feel the cooling effects once a protector and sheets were put on the bed. The tech that is suppose to wick heat away I never noticed to work. Sometimes I would wake up and it be more damp on the Breeze than the Adapt. So while the Breeze (with NOTHING on it) feels nice and cool to the touch once you put a protector and sheets on it you can't benefit from it...even with the Breeze protector and the Pro Air sheets. I think its just a gimmick. The older model Adapt mattress I do think was a little softer/had more give. But the 2024 Adapt version is comfortable and has good support while being soft. It is just a little more firm than the old model. Compared to a Cloud Supreme mattress from 2014 it probably feels about the same after the "break in period" but I would say the old one might be slightly more comfortable. Compared to a ORIGINAL tempurpedic from 1998 I would say its not the same quality. The original I had was made in Denmark and was very good. I would say overall it seems like the quality of tempurpedic is diminishing as time goes on which is sad. But aside from that, overall, the 2024 Adapt mattress is probably still the best on the current market when it comes to most comfortable. The price is high but I didn't like anything else. And as far as the other models go I have tried all of them and would say to choose from either the Luxe Adapt or the Luxe Breeze. However, like I said before, the Breeze I am unsure if it actually holds to what it claims. I don't think the cooling works. I used it for a about a month and never felt it.”

Comfort on a Cloud

“I went through trying 4 different mattresses within 7 months before trying a tempurpedic. I kept experiencing back pain or restlessness on every bed I tried, despite how comfortable some of them were...Finally, I laid on every single tempurpedic mattress available and found the most comfort on the soft LuxeAdapt mattress, although the soft LuxeBreeze was my next favorite. I visited this store multiple times before committing, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. My lower back pain has completely dissipated. I wake up feeling rested and grateful. ”

Most comfortable but hottest bed ever

“I love the bed. I have the old model and this one. Feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. My body perfectly supported. My only complaint is the new model feels like that cloud is on the sun. It gets so hot even with a cooling topper. I have to move every ten min or I get overheated. So far I have not had good sleep on this model. So expensive so I hope it changes. ”

“After owning a different brand for many years and giving a trial to two different brands and finding them to be called soft but not living up to the name, we went back to Tempur-Pedic (we had one over ten years ago) and found the relaxed, pain free sleep we have been missing. The sales manager, Samantha Cordivano, used her outstanding product knowledge and listening skills to guide us to the model that was perfect for our needs. It is wonderful being back.”

“This is our 2nd mattres from you. Our first is 20 years old and still going we just put a topper on it. My only complaint is that I’m going to have to put a topper on this one too. It doesn’t protect my pressure points the way the last one did.

good product but falls short of what I need

“I ordered the lux adapt soft last in February. When we tried out the mattress in the store, the associate had us jump on the bed and we could not feel the other side move. This was lovely! My husband gets up frequently in the middle of the night, and I am a light sleeper. We got the bed home, and it was not the same as in the store. I could feel the movement of my husband every time he shifted or got up. We returned the bed from a adapt soft to lux adapt soft at the recommendation of the sales associate. My husband felt the lux adapt soft was more comfortable and was hopeful he would not get up so much. We also purchased a foundation. Finally, we purchased a platform bed. All of this was done to cut down on the movement of our bed.
Unfortunately, there is still a LOT of movement in the bed. Even if my 6-year-old is on the bed next to me, I can feel it. Unfortunately, the only way I can sleep if my husband wakes up frequently at night is to sleep on the floor next to the bed (we live in a small home and do not have a spare bedroom). Desperate, I reached out to tempur pedic to see if perhaps we could switch to a split king but was informed that we could only make 1 exchange and the new exchange was final. They recommended I reach out to the store where I purchased the bed but alas we ended up buying it on the Tempur Pedic website
Sadly, I am still paying for my bed so can in no way afford a new one. The bed IS quite comfortable, but we had purchased it mainly to help with movement. As I write this review, my eyelids are heavy from lack of sleep, and I am lamenting the purchase of my expensive bed.”

“While the bed is very high quality, the softness of it does not provide the support neither my wife or I need. The trial in the store did not reveal how much the mattress gives over the course of the night. To the point I have a sore back in the morning. Unfortunately, we are stuck with it. Would recommend something more firm — I normally like a softer mattress but this is too much.”
