Do not recommend!! Highly dissatisfied.

“You can't sit on the edge of this bed. It completely crushes. Edges have no form at all & you slide toward the floor. You sink into the bed the longer you lay on it making turning during the night difficult. The mandatory mattress pad you must buy & sheets slide all over. An employee who reported that he has this mattress gave ridiculous 'fixes' for the sliding sheets which would not fix the problem. I did not pay $4,000 for a mattress that I was told that my very nice sheets wouldn't work on this bed, I can't sit on the edge of it & feel like I'm crawling out of a hole when turning during the night. Exchanged. I can't wait for my new mattress to come in.”

A bit too stiff for those with a belly.

“While it felt good to lie on a new bed in the store, this mattress is way to firm. I am 230 lbs and six feet tall. After about a week of using this mattress I began to get pain in my ribs and lower back. Initially I thought I was having kidney issues, but my doctor said those are fine. Then he asked if I did anything different in the past couple of weeks. I said I got a new mattress. He said it is most likely too stiff and that is causing my connecting tissues to get overly stretched to the point of discomfort. I got a thick mattress topper and it helped some, but not enough. For a medium mattress this thing is just too stiff.”
