I opened the window and that was better, until the air would come on at night and make me start itching in the other room - carrying the dispersed toxins from the beds. The materials in these mattresses are a serious health code violation!! Certi-pur is a obviously not governed properly bc this is the 4th mattress from serta that have caused extreme upper respiratory issues, and bad allergic reactions in me - including but not limited to itchy scalp, rashes all over my body, and bad headaches.”

“It's only been a short time since I bought the bed but I never realized how lightly I was sleeping until I wasn't sleeping lightly. I can't speak to the long-term but for the first 30 days, it has been completely worth the expense. I'm a side sleeper so I was told that the plush was good for that, but with the new comfort level, I seem to sleep on my back more now than previously. I have had Sleep Number and foam beds in the past but seems my older body prefers an innerspring mattress. The guys who did the delivery were kind and quick - in and out in less than 15 minutes. I chose this bed over a purchase at another mattress store because the delivered price was about $1,000 lower, even with the $150 delivery fee. I am not a fan of buying expensive things online but this time it has worked out well.”

The reason I know is because at the best Western in Cathedral city California I had the best night sleep I have ever had and it was on a Serta. For two weeks, I made numerous phone calls to best western, the best western I stayed at, and Serta. No one could tell me exactly what the mattress was. The best western I stayed at had a pretty good idea, so I went with what was closest to that and it is in no way the same mattress. I am very disappointed because I wanted so badly to have the same mattress that I had at best western. This is not Serta’s fault. They tried to help me, but they did not have the hotel that I stayed at on their list. I am sure that anyone else would find this mattress extremely comfortable. It is not for me and I am trying to decide if I want to send it back and try it again or just live with it. Just rest assured, Serta is an excellent company and I had no troubles in dealing with them”

“I have not slept this good in a long time! This seems to be the perfect balance between support/comfort and "give". I am a stomach/side sleeper. Other mattresses made my shoulders hurt and arms would go to sleep, even on much more plush mattresses, no problem on this one. I have had much more expensive mattresses and I like this one much, much better. Coming from a top of the line Sterns Hepburn Reserve, this mattress is soo much better. We even had the serta perfect sleeper plush pillow top ultimate (way to soft and lacked support after break in) The Medium Enhanced is just "Perfect" If I get 5 years out of it I will be ecstatic for the $999 king! Delivery was fairly fast and delivery guys were great!”
