“A bit smaller and a little less comfortable than what I remembered after trying out the model in the store. I'm 5'4" and my feet hang over the edge of the footrest in an upright sitting position. Easily fixed by sliding back a bit. Slides and reclines very easily with the manual lever. The faux leather material is very nice. Best is the great lumbar support!”

“Just received my recliners today and really love them with one major exception. I am 5'2" and when sitting in these recliners the back is not straight up and therefore my head does not rest on the headrest. Therefore I have to lean back a bit in the chair. I have a feeling that if I sit in this chair for any length of time without putting a pillow behind my head, my neck and shoulders are going to start to hurt. A minor exception is that when reclined, this rocker rocks a bit.”

“Just so you know this recliner only reclines with the chair out rocking back (this is a rocker recliner) with the pull bar. You cannot sit and extend the foot rest alone, you must recline. The chair also leans far forward if you are not sitting with your back firmly against the back of the chair. Often times I feel like I’m going to fall forward. Word of warning to furniture buyers, I went the extra mile to test in store. But there was no room to recline the seat. Based on the reclining alone I would not recommend this chair except if you just want something that looks great but just feels ok for a spare room or something.”

“Against my better judgment, I purchased this recliner online due to the rave reviews it received. I've learned a costly lesson not to buy furniture online. The back cushion on this model is so stiff and overstuffed that it makes sitting in it an uncomfortable experience, particularly for the upper back, neck, and head. I called customer care to inquire about a return or an exchange for another model that I could test at a local Ashley center, but was told that comfort concerns are not covered under returns. So, an $800 lesson learned. Don't buy furniture online, or if you do, opt for a retailer that offers a trial period. Very disappointed.”
