Never received the firm, store ordered us a soft

“After big dip on the right side of mattress and lots of back pain since we had it, I went to the store to inquire if we head a warranty on it. It turned out we did but it was for the soft mattress which we would have never ever had ordered in the first place. Sadly we would never know how the firm would have turned out in which we had asked them to order us in the first place in the store. We had a terrible experience with our mattress and now we know why because it was the soft. The worst part is after 2 hours on the phone with customer service there was nothing to do to make this right in replacing it with our firm mattress. The store was just as bad, they just put in a work order for someone to call me and it’s been 2 weeks and no call or email to help me after he said give it up to 7 days. We paid $10,000 in total for them to order us a wrong mattress that has given us the worst back pain since we had it . It’s very sad there is nothing they can to do make this right . We’re left with an expensive uncomfortable and e even mattress and there’s nothing the store can do about it .”
