Super hard bed

“Unfortunately, this mattress is very hard for being a soft bed. When we tried it in the showroom it was super soft, however; we have slept on it for over 30 days and it’s not getting any soft. Our neck, back, and arms are hurting. It is the hardest soft bed I ever slept on.”
