REALLY wanted to love this!

“I love the concept of this mattress and thought I’d be bragging to all my friends. I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get a good night sleep and kept having hip pain. I’m a curvy girl and have some hips but nothing out of the ordinary. I’m a side sleeper and prefer a softer mattress. The store recommended medium hybrid when I laid on their tech equipment in store. I swear I felt like Princess and the Pea. WHY can’t I go through the night without hip pain? After a couple months I had to move the bed so I figured I’d really check it out underneath. Never really did that when it was set up. The mattress is 13” but the cooling holes go a whopping 8.5” deep (yes, I used a measuring tape)! To me, that made all the difference! It was like an ah-ha moment for both my husband and I. I can actually feel the plastic holes underneath, especially when the base is reclined. Unless I sleep in the middle I don’t think I’ll ever be comfortable on this mattress. I’ll be trying to trade it for the Luxe Breeze soft I believe. Hopefully it’s not too late.”

The bed with everything and great customer service

“Love my bed. “Sticker Shock” made me debate the purchase but after using the bed I do not regret splurging on something that has helped me so Much to Improve my sleep. The cooling aspect of the bed has been such a great help. I normally open windows in winter to reduce temp in room when external temp is below 30F. Now I no longer have to do this. Had a couple of small technical issues that I must mention as customer service was phenominal in helping me address to resolve.
My only regret is I didn’t buy the separate frames. There have been occasional times where I would like my side higher or lower. That said, I couldn’t justify the extra $3k”

Just incredible

“At first, I was reluctant. Coming off a good mattress I wanted something that had integrated heating and active cooling capabilities but also a mattress that wasn’t too firm, that really doesn’t exist in the market.
Enter this active breeze mattress after spending quite a bit, and getting it set up my first night I could feel that I was gonna have a good morning.
After a month of use the bags under my eyes are gone my back neck and arms have absolutely no pain and I sleep consistently through the night without waking up because I’m either too hot or too cold
At this point, I’ve literally convinced five people to buy this mattress and not a single one of them have said anything different”

“Still trying do positions, but for the most part , have slept well in almost all. I enjoy the Bluetooth, to play sleep sounds, and like the vibrations to lull me off to lala land.
Had to buy a step to get in it, on my frame it’s very tall.
I wished the sheets would stay more in place.. on the slippery mattress cover it moves with me.. but it doesn’t keep me awake . ”

Better than Expected

“When we bought the bed we knew it would take some time to adjust to a Tempur-Pedic bed. We went from a Beautyrest Black to the Tap Airbreeze. After a few nights we were acclimated to the new bed. We fall asleep unbelievably fast, sleep deeply and wake up feeling rested.
We love the AI sleep tracking. It shows us our sleep pattern daily. All in all we’re really happy with the bed. We can’t recommend it highly enough. ”

This bed had changed my neck/back pain and basically eliminated all my soreness from the first nights sleep! “I have never been so disappointed in a mattress. It doesn't keep me cool at all. I wake up with my legs burning up. It sleeps ok but definitely doesn't keep me 10 degrees cooler all night.
I spent $5000 for something that I have to keep and dislike so much.
Nothing against the people at the store, great people and they tried to help, you only get one trade. If you want something to keep you cool make sure you try before you buy.”

“I have found the hybrid to be so uncomfortable. It does not conform like the standard Tempurpedic mattress. I have both hip and shoulder pain when sleeping on my side. Don’t buy this mattress!!!! Stay away from the hybrids.”

Cool bed but it's really hard

“We exchanged our cool breeze for this one on a warranty claim and I'm really disappointed.
Your partner will feel every move you make in the bed and the hybrid medium firmness is hard. We spent thousands and I'm uncomfortable and hurt when I wake up.
What I do like is the cooling feature, it works really well and I don't get hot, this feature alone is what made me want to try this bed but I will take a hot swift bed over a cool hard bed.”

Hoping the mattress gets softer

“I love the vibration, don’t like that it stop after 30 minutes. The mattress was softer at the store. We was told it takes time for it to get softer. I hope that is true. They said the mattress stays cool. But putting a bed thin sheet on it, doesn’t allow the cool to work, same with their pillow. It feels cool only without a pillow cover. My sheets are really thin. My current feelings about the mattress is that I paid enough to by a used car and currently hoping it gets better.”

Not only the breeze super helpful in cooing down but the massage feature is actually helpful for winding down to sleep. The zero gravity position is my absolute favorite. If you can afford this you can sleep like a king.”

I didn’t think it would back that big of a difference because my other mattress was very comfortable too. But this one beats it . I haven’t used the bed warmer yet but will. I didn’t know if the medium firmness was going to be to hard because my old one was soft. This is perfect. The air that comes from the fan under the bed is an added bonus. It’s well worth it . ”

“If you're wondering if a Tempur-pedic is "worth it" I'd say YES. Especially when you consider you're spending a 1/3 of your day sleeping. I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger and got one. never slept better

“I'm a heavier person, about 250 pounds, and the cooling portion in addition to the mattress itself have made me sleep so much better and deeper. I feel like it's been a while since i've slept this good.
I'm pretty active, working out about twice a day (~6x a week) and used to think I was working out too much but I just wasn't sleeping good on my older bed. Everyone critiques me in saying "wow that's crazy i would never pay that much for a bed".... until they get on it and in love with it... the only part that kinda gets me was it felt a little cooler in the store (maybe the king size has bigger fans) but it still works really well... also it feels better to sleep with no sheets on it, feels much cooler with them off. Overall i would highly recommend this bed if you're a hot sleeper / care about your sleep, worth it”

Comfortable nights sleep

“My wife and I are sleeping very comfortably with our new bed. We just replaced a 16 year old Tempurpedic Breeze that served us well but was starting to get an indentation where we slept (which is expected after 16 years of use). We own a home in AZ and recently purchased a Purple Rejuvenate Premier mattress to shake things up a little bit. Both mattresses are amazing, but I do prefer the Tempurpedic (due to the cool air feature). One suggestion is to just use the mattress cover that comes with the Tempurpedic. Our salesman suggested we buy another brand ($250) and my wife opened it and washed it before the mattress arrived and we tried it. The cover was not vented properly and you could see air pockets lifting the cover and sheets. When we installed the Tempurpedic mattress cover that came with the bed, the air flow was much better and no air pockets formed under the bed sheet. Highly recommend this bed.”

“Says it can change temp up to 30deg. All it does is fan room temp air into the mattress, there's no cooking 'technology", no air conditioning. You remain as hot as any other mattress. Returning inside the 90 day trial.”

Stopped all our sleeping issues

Extremely uncomfortable

“I find this bed to be very uncomfortable. I have had it for two months and it is not getting better as it "breaks in". If you sit or lay on the edge of the bed you fall off because it is so soft it doesn't support any weight. The middle of the bed feels much higher than the sides, so I feel like I am climbing uphill all night so I don't slide out. I have literally woken up with a leg hanging down off the mattress several times. Because of the lack of support on the outer sides of the mattress, I doubt two people would have enough room to sleep comfortably. I wake up every morning with back and hip pain. I expected much better for the high purchase price. I tried this mattress in the showroom, and didn't have these problems. Not sure what is different. So disappointed.”

Great investment with one issue

“Let me start by saying I love this bed. It does just about everything you could want a bed to do. It’s extraordinarily comfortable and all the ways you can adjust the base makes it so versatile. I took a star because one of the main reasons I bought this bed was for the cooling feature. But much like every other product I’ve tried to prevent overheating at night, it is disappointing. The bed quickly warms up to your body temperature and even on the highest setting, the cooling is not noticeable. ”
