“Couch looks great and is comfy! One back section has ripped fabric and the wood piece is not aligned with the side. I went back and forth with two different customer service departments. They have shipped me new fabric. I have fielded 3 more calls from them checking in - and now I have to schedule a technician to come and check it out. It needs more than new fabric..the wood constructions needs to be fixed. It's a bit frustration why they just wouldn't send me a new piece of the sectional.”
